NBA Finals Betting – Game 3: GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS at CLEVELAND CAVALIERS (6/8)

PRO BASKETBALL — June 8

NBA Finals – Game 1
CLEVELAND at GOLDEN STATE

(America’s Bookie Line: Cavaliers -2, Total 205.5) — Kevin Love is out for this one, and some people think this will give Cleveland a better chance to be more physical on the inside. That is only IF coach Tyronn Lue turns to somebody like Timofey Mozgov. If the Cavs try to go to a smaller lineup, they lose. And if they go big, they will have lots of difficulty dealing with Golden State when they go with the “Death Lineup.” Sure, there is an argument that this is the spot where Cleveland, with desperation on their side, will come through in Game 3 at home. But fundamentally, the case can’t really be made for them. The Warriors have taken away their long ball (just 28%) and the Cavs are hitting only 44% in the paint, as Draymond Green guards the rim. AND we have not really seen an explosive effort yet from either Steph Curry or Klay Thompson. You say the Cavs want to run a little? Yeah, good luck with that.
