Monday Night NFL Betting: HOUSTON TEXANS at CINCINNATI BENGALS (11/16)

PRO FOOTBALL — November 16

HOUSTON at CINCINNATI
(America’s Bookie Line: Texans -10, Total 46.5) — The Bengals really have it together on offense, as Andy Dalton has really kept the negative plays to a minimum (eleven sacks, four INT’s). And he’s got lots of receivers to choose from now, including Marvin Jones and Tyler Eifert, who really weren’t part of the arsenal last year. However, Houston can move the ball here, especially as Brian Hoyer (13 TD’s, three INT’s) is firmly established at QB. Cecil Shorts back after sitting out a couple of games with a hamstring, and who on the Cincinnati side can cover DeAndre Hopkins (66 catches, 870 yards)? Remember that JJ Watt is a potential game-changer, and the Texans’ defense is easily the NFL’s best on third down (allowing 26.7%). And Houston got some things straightened out during its bye week, including an apology to his players for ever taking Hoyer out of the lineup in the first place. Don’t forget – the Texans can actually tie for the AFC South lead with a victory, so this is far from a lost season.
