College Football Betting: GEORGIA BULLDOGS vs. FLORIDA GATORS @ Jacksonville (10/31)

COLLEGE FOOTBALL — October 31

GEORGIA vs. FLORIDA @ Jacksonville
(America’s Bookie Line: Florida -3, Total 47.5) — Some very strange things have indeed happened at “The World’s Largest Cocktail Party.” And of course, Florida has had to move forward with the more limited Treon Harris after freshman Will Grier got suspended for the rest of the season. But Georgia may find itself even lesser-equipped at quarterback, with Faton Bauta (no attempts this season) taking the reins from low-risk but accurate Greyson Lambert. We’re not saying that the Bulldogs are completely frozen in the run game, but there is always something substantial that is lost when a guy like Nick Chubb goes down with an injury. He was unquestionably a worthy successor to Todd Gurley, and his explosiveness is a factor that would have given them a chance against this Florida defense, which has a big edge. Remember that the Gators have all the ability in the world to shut down the Georgia passing game.
