College Football Betting: WESTERN MICHIGAN BRONCOS at OHIO STATE BUCKEYES (9/26)

COLLEGE FOOTBALL — September 26

WESTERN MICHIGAN at OHIO STATE
(America’s Bookie Line: Ohio St. -33.5, Total 62.5) — Urban Meyer is hopping mad about his quarterback play, and that may assure a focused effort on the part of this offensive unit, which he referred to as “discombobulated” in last week’s 20-13 close shave against Northern Illinois. Braxton Miller has also been quiet since making several big plays against Virginia Tech in the opener. Cardale Jones remains the QB, which is just fine with us, but we can imagine a special effort to get Ezekiel Elliott uncorked. Meanwhile, WMU, which came through the back door to cover against Michigan State, may have enough to do it here as well. Zach Terrell is accurate (71%) and he not only has some big play potential with Corey Davis, but Daniel Braverman has already caught an incredible 40 passes in three games! Don’t forget that Jarvion Franklin (who had 1551 yards last year) adds some balance. The Broncos got beat up for 413 yards by the Georgia Southern option. Ouch! For us this means an “over.”
