Baseball Odds: TORONTO BLUE JAYS at SEATTLE MARINERS (7/26)

BASEBALL — July 26

TORONTO (Buehrle) at SEATTLE (Walker)
(America’s Bookie Line: Pick’em, Total 7.5) — We get the fact that the Blue Jays have been below-par on the road (22-30), but Buehrle has just exhibited too much consistency to turn away from here. He has gone nine straight starts where he has lasted at least six innings and gave up two earned runs or less, and his last four road starts have been really excellent. ERA in those last nine outings is 1.52. Walker has been in a slump, with a 9.39 ERA in his last three starts, and the Mariners have not shown any ability to turn Safeco into a home field advantage (just 21-28). In the pick’em situation, we are not interested in guessing when Buehrle is going to get cold.
