NBA Betting : NBA FInals Game 5 – CLEVELAND CAVALIERS at GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS (6/14)

NBA FInals – Game 5
CLEVELAND at GOLDEN STATE

(America’s Bookie Line: Warriors -9.5, Total 194.5) — The Cavs were humbled last time out, and they looked exhausted. The Warriors appear to have ail the momentum here, but now that Cleveland has seen what Golden State has to offer in terms of the small lineup, and have had two full days to go over it, they won’t be fooled again. That doesn’t mean they will stop Stephen Curry, but they should be able to handle the pick and roll better. Lebron James was kept off-balance (20 points), but when have you known him to be slowed down considerably two games in a row? He still rebounds and still defends, and the Cavs are certainly able to get what they want in the lane with Timofey Mozgov (career high 28 points in Game 4) and Tristan Thompson (12 pts., leads all Finals rebounders). So the Cavs can turn this into a Golden State problem, IF they can manage to hit some shots from the outside. They have the personnel to do it. And Matthew Dellavedova should be fresher (had to be treated for dehydration after Game 3). Cleveland is 7-2 straight-up on the road in the playoffs (including a win in Oakland) and has held the opposition to 25.6% in triples. Don’t lose faith.
