Pro Basketball Betting: DENVER NUGGETS at MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES (3/16)

(GetThatBet Line: Grizzlies -12.5, Total 193.5) — Memphis is in a battle to retain the second spot in the Western Conference standings, although everyone is so strong that it really doesn’t matter who they face in the first round. The fact is, however, that the Grizzlies are actually not that far from being out of the top four, so we do expect effort. Both of these teams have blown of the other out on their home floor. But we don’t expect Denver to repeat its two for 26 output from three-point land in the last encounter. Maybe it’s more likely that Memphis will be inaccurate from beyond the arc (five for 30 in the two meetings), since they aren’t exactly a long-range shooting team. Denver is playing with a lot of confidence right now, reaching the century mark for eight consecutive games and covering seven of those contests. Interim coach Melvin Hunt has made a tremendous difference, as the players feel more comfortable with him and more capable of executing his offensive sets. Confidence is the key here. alogn with pafce, and that makes the Nuggets a threat.
