NFL Betting: ST. LOUIS RAMS at SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (12/28)

PRO FOOTBALL — December 28

ST. LOUIS at SEATTLE
(GetThatBet Line: Seahawks -11, Total 41) — It’s probably good news that left tackle Russell Oakland was cleared to play for the Seahawks this week, because if he can play, and play well, he will mitigate something that St. Louis does well, which is to put pressure on the passer. Center Max Unger may play as well. This is payback for the Seahawks, who lost to the Rams at the Edward Jones Dome, when St. Louis pulled a few trick plays, a couple of them on special teams, catching the rather flat ‘Hawks by surprise. But more importantly, this is a chance to wrap up the NFC West crown and possibly even the #1 seed in the NFC (they’ll have to see how Dallas does). The Seahawks have allowed a grand total of 968 yards over their last five games, so it would appear unlikely that the Rams, despite their 514 yards against the Giants last week, will gather much momentum.
