Sunday Night Football Betting: DENVER BRONCOS at KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (11/30)

NFL FOOTBALL — November 30

(GetThatBet Line: Chiefs -1 , Total 49) — Sure, the Chiefs are perfectly capable of getting some payback for their earlier loss to Denver, and the Broncos are not playing particularly well. Kansas City should rebound mentally and emotionally from losing to WINLESS Oakland ten days ago. But remember, this is a game that is essentially for the AFC West lead, and when any team loses to an 0-10 opponent, you have to wonder whether it is a manifestation of some of the potential weaknesses that might have been exploited. For example, KC’s inability to make their wide receivers anything for a foe to worry about; do you realize that they have NO touchdown passes to a wideout after eleven games? Clearly, Alex Smith does not stretch the field out. meanwhile, Peyton Manning may not have Julius Thomas in the lineup, but with two 1000-yard receivers in Denariyus Thomas and Emannuel Sanders. They plugged CJ Anderson into the backfield and he ran for 167 yards last week. The Chiefs have allowed five yards a carry, giving Manning a chance to get some balance in the attack. Keep in mind that Denver has won five straight against Kansas City with Manning at the helm. And Eric Berry (suspected lymphoma) is not in KC’s secondary any more.
