College Football Betting: OREGON DUCKS at OREGON STATE BEAVERS (11/29)

COLLEGE FOOTBALL — November 29

OREGON at OREGON STATE
(GetThatBet Line: Oregon -20, Total 68) — This “Civil War” matchup was a barnburner last season, as Oregon needed a late touchdown to eke out a 35-34 victory. Something tells us it won’t be as close this time around. Sean Manion, the Oregon State quarterback, who threw for over 4800 yards and 37 touchdowns last year, has only 14 TD passes this season, and some of that has to be attributed to the absence of super receiver Brandin Cooks, who is now in the NFL (and injured) for the New Orleans Saints. The Beavers’ top running back, Terron Ward, is out with an injury. Marcus Mariota has 32 touchdown passes and only two interceptions, so he’s not giving the ball away. Oregon State does not put on enough of a pass rush to exploit possible openings in the Ducks’ offensive line. Oregon has won six games in a row, all by 24 points or more, and they are 5-0-1 ATS in their last six. They are going after their seventh straight win the series against the team that has dropped four of its last five games overall.
